Are you 50 or older, and want to improve your cycling?
Or perhaps you have an older friend or relative who wants to improve their confidence riding on the road?
Agewell on Wheels cycle lessons are open to men and women 50 years old or more, and helps boost cycling confidence and encourage bicycle use for leisure or utility.
LCC's Lucy Cooper, organising the courses, said, "The Agewell on Wheels cycling courses take place in four locations in London, and are perfect for those getting back into cycling, even after many years.
"Not only are they safe, cheap and incredibly practical, but the lessons are sociable and fun too."
The five-session courses cost just £10, and start on Tuesday 9 August at these four locations:
Linford Christie Stadium, Hammersmith
Dulwich Park, Southwark
Gunnersbury Park, Brentford
Castlehaven Community Centre, Camden
Participants who complete 4 out of the 5 sessions are entitled to 3 months free membership to the London Cycling Campaign.
The sessions are every Tuesday for 6 weeks (except 30 August).
