Green Wheels at Leaside

Three days of fun family cycling sessions to learn how to ride, learn new cycling skills and learn to ride together as a family.

London Cycling Campaign x Hackney Ark at Leaside

Three days of fun family cycling sessions to learn how to ride, learn new cycling skills and learn to ride together as a family in a great location next to the River Lea and Springfield Park. There are two family bookings per session and each family has a professional instructor assigned to them. There are three sessions per course and you need to come to all three sessions.

Parents, guardians and other family members are invited to take part in the sessions but this is at the discretion of the cycling instructor leading the session. Families are encouraged to bring their own bikes even if they need some repair work. The instructors may be able to quickly fix the bike or otherwise advise what needs doing to make the bike safe.

Participants including siblings must be 8 years or older. At least one adult must be present for the sessions and preferably they will also take part. We can teach adult complete beginners. Younger siblings are welcome to watch but an adult must be present and be responsible.
