London Cycling Campaign has published its blueprint for a healthier London, calling for bold action to encourage more cycling and walking.
Car-Free Sundays and a Healthy Travel Network are just two of the measures proposed in LCC's detailed Way To Go response, which can be downloaded by following the link below.
LCC chief executive Koy Thomson said, "Everyone – including national government, the mayor, the borough councils and public policy experts – agrees a healthier city is the way to go."
"LCC's policy package tackles the problems of poor public health and poor public spaces head on."
