Record number of nominations for London Cycling Awards

The London Cycling Awards continue to go from strength to strength in 2009, with a record number of nominations this year.

Hundreds of projects in schools, workplaces and local communities around the city are encouraging more Londoners to enjoy cycling.

The growth in London cycling has helped generate increased interest in the awards, and the many outstanding nominees are in turn generating yet more cycling in London.

 The announcement date of the winners : 17th November 2009
