Islington Council will get £315,000 from Transport for London to continue work on the Seven Stations route in 2004-05.
Currently, the segregated track has reached the junction of St John Street and Skinner Street, and the route will now be developed east towards Bunhill Row and the Old Street area.
ICAG has already presented some detailed comments on the latest plans to the Council and we will continue to lobby to make sure cyclists’ needs are properly taken into account.
Regular updates on the project will also be posted on our email list.
