Tower of London and British Museum campaign success
Following LCC's London Landmarks campaign which encouraged London's tourist attractions to install cycle parking and provide information for those who may wish to visit their sites by bike, two more attractions can be added to the list of successes.
Both the Tower of London and the British Museum have added information about accessing their sites by bicycle to their websites. The pages can be viewed by following the links on the right.
The two London landmarks join the list of other attractions, which includes the National Gallery and Arsenal Football Club, who have improved their cycling facilities or information as a result of the LCC campaign.
Many thanks to those who have contacted tourist attractions asking them to improve their facilities for cyclists and to City Cyclists whose idea inspired the campaign.
