Vulnerable road users need greater consideration
LCC says vulnerable roadusers, such as people on bicycles, need greater consideration in a Greater London Assembly Transport Committee Inquiry. Amongst the measures LCC thinks will make road safer for people on bicycles are:
- 20mph speed limit
- HGV ban in central and inner London
- Restrictions on motorcycles
