Another Cyclist Death in London

Obviously it's tragic whatever the circumstances. But the fact that yet again it's a collision with a lorry really spells out that something more needs to be done about this type of collision.

Thanks for sharing this utterly tragic news. I'm sure we all feel exasperated and heartbroken about this. The endless promises and ridiculously slow progress on delivery is just cruel. A ban on unsafe lorries should be introduced promptly. The safer junctions review must start delivering (no progress reported on the TfL website re that in months). I am also stunned that once again the driver was not arrested. If I kill someone when driving, I expect to be arrested, at least to face some tough questions under caution. RIP and many condolences to this cyclist's family and friends. Ride carefully everyone.

More sad news. I think this is the second death since the last Space For Cycling protest - is another one planned?
