Boris bikes on the Mall

One of the biggest gaps in the cycle hire network is around the area of St James's Park. Please sign our petition to bring a docking station to the Mall: http://www.change.org/en-GB/petitions/tfl-royal-parks-bring-boris-bikes-to-the-mall-3

Generally the Royal Parks do not take a very positive attitude towards cycling, despite the fact that the Parks are a great place for new cyclists to practice their skills.

London managed fine with motor traffic banned from the Mall during the Olympics. Why not keep it that way? It would be more pleasant and make London more attractive for tourists.
