Chelsea Bridge bicycle prohibition?
There are "no bicycle" decals on the north end of the Chelse Bridge, but not on the south end. I find these unclear and, frankly, dubious. What is the intent? Are they even official? They would seem to suggest no riding on the "footpath" southbound. This is immidiately adjacent to a major cycle lane (in the roadway on the bridge).
I feel that this situation needs to be clarified and rationalized.
