Cold spring fails to deter cyclists
A recent count has shown that this year's cold spring has failed to deter cyclists. The count, conducted in Hyde Park near the Park Lane crossings in the morning peak, showed a very small increase over the comparable numbers last year.
As the graph shows, the number of cyclists has more than quadrupled since 2000, when the Park Lane crossings were installed.
