Experiences of Cycling Short Survey

Hello all!

My name is Lyn Ellett and I am a researcher at Royal Holloway, University of London.  I'm doing a study on experiences of cycling in London and am looking for as many people to take part as possible.  It can be done online and will take around 10 minutes.

If you can spare the time you can complete the survey by clicking on this link:

Thank you very much!!

Done - not sure what function the last of the 3 questionaires had? Those questions had nothing to do with cycling.

As with a lot of these surveys that get posted it is sometimes difficult to answer because the answer to questions depends on the context.

e.g. do I feel angry when riding my bike? That depends on whether somebody has just overtaken me too close or overtaken and immediately turned left or done something else which I felt to be dangerous.

Anyway, good luck with your research

tomolondon, I guess the last page is to profile your feelings when not on a bike. Someone might answer that they are angry or tense when riding a bike, but they might be angry and tense anyway when they are not riding their bike or may be more prone to certain emotions due to their general outlook on life.

My average distance cycled is meaningless. I do lots of short utility rides and a few long recreational ones.
