Free Event - Run and Cycle Open Day, London
I wanted to tell you about a Run and Cycle Open Day that I am organising at Physio4Life in Putney, London on 9 October 2011 from 9am until 4pm. This is a free event and everyone is welcome.
On the day there will be a number of interesting talks by a team of specialists covering a number of topics relevant to both runners, cyclists and Triathlon competitors including: Running Techniques and Orthotics; Nutrition and Physiological Testing; and Core Strength Training. Pat Leahy, a leading Triathlon coach will be at the clinic on the day and will be giving a talk on training methods besides offering advice on putting together training plans.
Sports massages will also be available on the day with a 30% discount.
