Hit by a car

Before you ask, it wasn't too bad - it was relatively low-speed, and my aching leg is on the mend. But I've incurred so much expense (new helmet, fixing the bike, prescriptions etc.) that I really want to claim some compensation from the negligent douchebag who hit me.

The lovely man at VeloDro suggested that I use Cycling Accident Management Services to do this. What do y'all think? Any advice/recommendations are much appreciated.

You should be able to get free legal advice via the LCC (assuming you're a member)
