At the risk of this being erased, here's a plug for the bike recycling social enterprise Kingston Eco-op:

Kingston Eco-op Bike Recycling Project have a "Bikes & Bits Sale" on Sat 23rd June (11-00 till 2-00pm) which should be ideal for anyone seeking a low-cost used bicycle (many styles available) or hard-to-find odds and ends to keep your bike on the road.

You find them via the entrance in St John's Road, between Matalan and Homebase, off of the A2043 Kingston Road.
