Number of London cyclists has doubled between 2001 and 2011-improved infrastructure needed sooner rather than later

According to the new ONS report 'Cycling to Work' (26/3/14) the numbers cycling to work in London doubled between 2001 and 2011.
 
The report states

'Between2001and2011thenumberofpeoplelivinginLondonthatcycledtoworkmore than doubledfrom77,000in2001to155,000in2011.Therewere alsosubstantialincreasesin
