stirrup pump

Does anybody know where the stirrup pump that is supposed to be in a carpark at Moorgate actually is? Admittedly it is a bit of a building site round there at the moment but I have had a look round and can't see it anywhere. I work in the area and it could prove useful to have access to a stirrup pump now and again.

What's a stirrup pump? Is that one of those floor pumps....with the little.....stirrups that you stand on?

 

Yes its a floor pump. Apprantly one has been installed in a carpark at Moorgate for us cycling folk. Don't know who by and am interested to see exactly what's there.
