Pleased to see LCC challenging TfL on Blackfriars Bridge and the Network Operating Strategy.  Locally, here in Richmond, we are unable to establish a relationship with them.  No acknowledgement, automated or otherwise, of our replies to consultation e-mails.  No reply to e-mails using the recommended address of and then an alternative Anybody else have the same problem, or anybody else, particularly LCC Head Office, who can put us right?

I suggest you send everything to the staff at HQ who are in regular contact with TfL.
