There's a forum at the bottom for reporting bugs and making suggestions, but seeing as the site has just gone live I thought a thread here would be useful.

It's different from the old website, and this makes me uncomfortable in a way I can't clearly define. Is this feeling likely to go away soon?
Well, I hope so! It is good to see on some pages how many others are on the site. 455 just now! That feels really vibrant, here.
I'm sorry, but it looks to me like it should be the website for the Blood Transfusion Service. Not an association we want to put across...

Good grief - is that a new logo? I hope we didn't pay for it!
Otherwise things are looking pretty good & easy to navigate, I reckon.
Just realised what the new Logo depicts. Sorry it took a week. Obviously I am not a visual learner! The general look is fresher cleaner and certainly more up to date. The old site looked very much like it hadn't been changed since the early days of the internet.

Website good - logo and the look of it pretty awful.
the guy who said it looks like the Blood Transfusion Service was spot on
