Meet 8.45am at Liverpool St Station ticket hall for the 9.02 train to Kelvedon. Arriving at 10am. About an hour journey. If there are four or more we can get at least a third off the full fare..possibly half, depending on numbers, which could bring it down to 10 or 14 quid return. This will be a train assisted ride all day ride starting from Kelvedon in Essex, about 60 miles with a couple of hills following the Colne valley. A hard ride, but doable by those who have done a few moderate rides. Not as tough as our Kent rides but still classified as
a hard ride. There is a short stretch of off road which is doable on a road bike with skinny tyres, so the ride is suitable for all bikes. Please read our ride information on http://lewishamcyclists.co.uk/rides-and-events/general-ride-information/
Ring or text Jane 07826559603 if you need any more information. Otherwise I'll see you at the station.
A rough guide to the route here, although I may not stick to this exactly on the day.
