The London Cycling Campaign Annual Conference and Annual General Meeting take place on Saturday 19 October, from 9.30am to 6pm at the following location:

Graduate Centre
next to Tower Building
166-220 Holloway Road (opposite Holloway Road Tube station)
N7 8DB

All members and supporters are welcome to attend, but advanced registration is requested (see below).

AGM motions

Eight motions have been submitted to this year's AGM. These will be debated and voted on by the members at the AGM.

Trustee elections

Members will be able to vote either electronically (an electronic ballot paper will be emailed to members on 16 September) or at the AGM. The results of the election will be announced at the end of the annual conference.

To register your attendance at the AGM, contact or phone Lu Everett on 020 7234 9310 before midnight on Monday 14 October, when registration closes. We need advanced notification of attendance to ensure we have sufficient catering and seating.


Lunch (sandwiches), juice, tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.

Cycle parking

On-street bike parking is available on Holloway Road. Folding bikes may be brought inside, so please store them as directed by stewards as you arrive.

I thought it was too late to register? I'd been told it was free entry, but only found out you had to register when I checked which building it was in today.

Registration has officially closed, but if you intend to attend, do still drop an email to so we can get an idea of numbers.
