Hertfordshire Chilterns Ride (Brent Cyclists)
Take the 11:07am from St Pancras or 11:10 from Kentish Town, 11:14 from West Hampstead Thameslink, 11:17 from Cricklewood, 11:20 from Hendon, 11:24 from Mill Hill Broadway, to arrive in Harpeneden at 11:44. Leader will get on at Mill Hill. We will do an easy-paced 30 miles on quiet roads, with gentle hills. Any off-road will be on good-quality paths, so road tyres will be OK. Lunch will probably be at Emily's café in Whitwell.
If people wish we could go into Bernard Shaw's house at Ayot St Lawrence. Entrance is half-price for cyclists (£3), which seems a good deal.
