This is your chance to live the legend of wearing the maillot jaune (yellow jersey)! In celebration of the tour arriving in the U.K., why not join us for a fun bike ride, taking place in Central London on Saturday 5th July. The route covers 21kms, starting at Victoria Park and ending at Green Park, to watch the first stage of the Tour de France on the big screen! So come dressed in your tour themed attire and join the 'peloton' for a full day of cycling fun.

Meeting at: 11.00am / Starting at: 11.30pm – In front of the Pavillion Cafe, Victoria Park

Ending at: 3pm – Green Park

Route: www.mapmyride.com/routes/fullscreen/432542776

Spec: On road, mostly flat

Distance: 21kms / 12miles

JOINING THE EVENT: This is a free ride and everyone can join, you do not need to register. So invite all your friends! To turn up the heat, we whole-heartedly encourage you to dress up (Tour de France theme). Please note that we do not provide the bikes.

SAFETY: During the ride we will be riding on the road with vehicular traffic. We encourage everyone to ride safely as you will be responsible for your own safety and we are not responsible for any injuries or accidents during the ride. For your safety we recommend wearing a helmet, but you are free not to.

CHECK YOUR BIKE: Please make sure your bike is in good condition and you check your brakes and tyres. If you have a mechanical problem or flat during the ride we will try to help you!
