A guided walk around London's lion statues.

London is unique in its number and variety of lion statues. Join author, London Guide and enthusiast Valerie Colin Russ on a walking safari round Westminster to track down some of the species and the amazing stories behind them.

Valerie has identified 10,000 lions prowling around the capital and on this autumn Saturday morning she will be introducing us to some of the lions she discovered during the writing of her highly acclaimed book - "London Pride, The 10,000 lions of London".

Date: - Saturday 26th October

Time: 11 a.m

Where: Meet at the booking hall at Westminster tube station

Tickets only £8 from www.sustrans.org.uk/lions or call 0845 838 0651 during office hours. All proceeds to Sustrans, the UK's leading sustainable transport charity.
