Space for Cycling Big Ride
Please join the London Cycling Campaign on Saturday 17 May 2014 for the 'Space for Cycling' Big Ride, which is a fun ride with a serious message, telling politicians we want streets that are safe and inviting for everyone to cycle.
Our event starts in Park Lane, with crowds gathering from 11am for a midday start, and from 1pm there'll be a rally on the Embankment with guest speakers (to be confirmed), with the event ending at 2pm.
Enjoy riding through famous London locations such as Hyde Park Corner, Parliament Square, Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square in a motor-traffic-free environment that's suitable for the whole family.
En route, the Big Ride will also meet with the London Tweed Run, which this year takes place on the same day, and has LCC as its charity partner.
Guided rides led by our local groups will help bring people from outer London locations to the Park Lane start point.
For more details, and a map of feeder rides, see here.
