Space for Cycling Campaign: Local Groups

Our fantastic network of Local Groups and volunteers were at the heart of our Space for Cycling campaign. They identified the local cycling improvements we are calling for in each borough.

Many of them were busy campaigning in your neighbourhood ahead of the elections. Following the elections in May 2014, they will be working to ensure that the elected councillors who supported Space for Cycling, live up to their promises!

Why not get involved and help them do this?

Our local groups are always looking for new members and volunteers to help them so why not think about joining? You could go along one of their social rides, or go along to a monthly meeting to say hello.

Visit this page to find your nearest local group. You will find all the information you need to get in touch with them directly. Most have their own websites, Facebook and Twitter pages so you can find out more about what they get up to.

You can also email us at and we can put you in touch with your local group representative directly.
