Our London-to-Southampton bike ride is only in its third year, but this fantastic event has already developed a real following among cycling enthusiasts.
It is a beautiful yet very challenging hilly ride taking in 84 miles of bustling London streets, idyllic country villages and stunning coastal views.
The route is variable with the first 10-12 miles winding its way out of the suburbs of London and through residential streets.
Once you hit the country it is quieter twisty, narrow and hilly roads with some beautiful views of Surrey and Hampshire country side and villages along the way.
There are some serious inclines along the way along with some extremely steep, twisting descents to watch out for.
The route is 136km (84 miles) long with 1,700 metres of climbing, so has been graded as moderate to hard.
Go on, take on the challenge and help us raise the money needed to continue the fight against heart disease.
