We are seeking an experienced office administrator to be responsible for the smooth running of our friendly busy office, where 16 staff and up to 10 volunteers are based (along with several bikes!)
This role requires a pro-active candidate who is able to multi-task and manage and prioritise own workload within in a busy office.
Responsibilities include: health and safety; green office policy; and liaising with utility companies and suppliers regarding service levels and charging.

This is a part-time post based at our office near London Bridge, and includes occasional evening work (including attendance of six board meetings per annum).
