Gain experience to further your career in photography whilst supporting LCC to make London safe and inviting for cycling

We are looking for experienced photographers to cover LCC events, community cycling projects' activities and our 2014 Space for Cycling campaign.

LCC's Cycling Projects team run a range of events and support many of London's grassroots cycling groups. Activities range from cycling sessions for deaf children to fixing bikes for students, and we are looking for help to publicise and present these. There is also an opportunity to photograph our campaign activities, especially during our upcoming Space for Cycling 2014 local election campaign.

This would be great experience for those looking to further a career in photography and get your work known. We will credit all photos, and will be using them as part of our publicity, to illustrate reports, on our website, on social media and in our print and online magazines. These are read by a wide range of people, from various backgrounds, so there is plenty of opportunity for exposure.

You will of course also be helping to further a great cause! The more support we can get, the better we can use our resources to help make London an inviting city for cycling and the 2014 Space for Cycling local election campaign a great success.

We can pay travel expenses (though arriving by bike is obviously encouraged!) and if you are at an event all day then we will also buy you lunch. Most assignments would last no more than an hour.

If you are interested, please send a CV and some examples of your work to info@lcc.org.uk.
