I wouldn't be without my bike, I cycle to work and pretty much everywhere I want to go in London. I have also cycled all over the world - touring independently in China, Newzealand, Europe and have completed the Continental Divide Ride in America. I have just come back from a trip in Holland and Belgium - wow - if only.........
I work in health and of course I always try to be a good role model to my clients and encourage them to be active, I do all my home visits by bicycle come rain or shine!
