Keen cyclist commuting for many years,recently involved in hit and run accident
hopefully police will follow through and prosecute.I,ve just received details from
solicitors on predicted legal costs(not incurred by me) but they appear to be
exhorbitant and outstrip possible compensation to me,and i,m off work for six
weeks with a broken wrist!Is this the only avenue i can follow.are we cyclists just
deemed to be "CASH COWS" for the legal profession?
