I'm a commuting, shopping, touring cyclist turned triathlete. Been commuting from Greenwich to London for 24 years. Rides coordinator for Greenwich Cyclists, Sustrans volunteer ranger cover Thames Barrier to Erith. Member of the Serpentine Running Club and Greenwich Masters Swimming Club.
