Decathlon offers this cold weather jacket on a budget and certainly provides great value for money. It is super lightweight but offers brilliant protection against cold air and wind, with full coverage right up to a removable snood to keep your face covered. Super soft fabric, adequate ventilation (with optional extra zipped vents), and a snug but not restrictive fit make for an incredibly comfortable ride. The jacket does have reflective patches, however these are solely on the rear of the jacket. The jacket has a number of pockets on both the front and the back, with a specific space for a pump and a waterproof option. Due to its lack of waterproofing and appearance (our tester wore it to the pub once and felt like she stood out a bit) we would recommend this as a performance jacket for rides in chilly weather as opposed to an all-round jacket for commuting.
