DARE2B AEP jacket

With design input from 2006 Tour de France winner Oscar Pereiro, the pro roadie sensibilities are immediately obvious. The fit is ‘athletic’, the front is very short, the tail extremely long, while the sleeves are articulated, all ideal for hunkering down on the bars. The sub-300g weight and single pocket also point to performance cycling and it’s compact enough to fit in a jersey pocket. The collar has a neat adjuster to keep chills out, likewise the cuffs are snug but not restrictive. The AEP’s proven nicely breathable when worn with wicking baselayers and has kept us totally dry in storms. Sizing is small, so we’d recommend going one size up from your normal; this will also allow for a warmth layer underneath. Sizes S-XXL. JK
