Best Cycle Facility
• Joint winner: Tenants and Residents Association Frampton Park Estate, Hackney Homes and Hackney Council for the Frampton Park Estate Cycle Lockers

• Joint Winner: Docklands Light Railway for Shadwell Station Cycle Parking

• Shortlisted British Waterways for their Access Point upgrades along the Regents Canal towpath

Best Community Cycling Initiative
• Winner: Kingston Council and Kingston Metropolitan Police for the Recycling Bikes Back Into The Community scheme

• Shortlisted: Hammersmith and Fulham Council  for the Agewell on Wheels project

• Shortlisted: Hackney and Tower Hamlets Councils for the Wheels and Heels fashion show
Best Workplace Cycling Initiative
• Winner: Newham University Hospital NHS Trust for the Well at Work project 

• Highly Commended: Glaxo Smith Kline and WiZZ BiKES for GSK House Cycle Centre

• Shortlisted: International Law firm Eversheds for the cycling facilities and other initiatives at their City headquarters at One Wood Street

Best Cycling Initiative for Young People or Children
• Winner: STA Bikes and Hackney Council for Family Cycle Clubs

• Shortlisted: Bike It Team, Sustrans London for the Tour d’Afrique Challenge for Schools

• Shortlisted: Christ Church Primary School and Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea for the Christ Church Primary School Cycling Programme

 Special LCC 30th Birthday Award
• London Assembly Member Jenny Jones for Services to Cycling
