From 24 September to 3 October 2010, the Otesha Project UK is running a Sustainability Leadership course, a jam-packed 10-day adventure taking place at Fforest Camps in Wales.

Otesha (Swahili for 'reason to dream') is a youth-led organisation that's mobilising a generation to create social and environmental change through everyday lives.

The leadership programme includes events such as long bike rides along the coast, canoeing, coasteering, workshops, inspirational speakers and visiting incredible projects like the Brithdir Mawr Community and West Wales Eco Centre.

You'll get the chance to...

  • build a bike generator
  • learn about permaculture
  • feast on delicious vegetarian cooking
  • understand bike maintenance
  • mend your own clothes
  • bake bread
  • create your own world-changing sustainability project
