Vulpine Harrington jacket

VULPINE Harrington

Ticking both the ‘cool down the pub’ and ‘performance cycling’ boxes is a bit like excelling at shot-put and gymnastics, but the Harrington pulls it off. Style-wise it’s a very finely finished cotton Harrington jacket — think James Dean or 1960s mods. Tech-wise it covers the bases too: water-resistant Epic cotton (already survived half-hour epic deluges), magnetic closures on rear pocket and collar (a Vulpine trademark), waterproof zips, long-ish back, reflective strips on the cinch straps, plus four useful pockets. The only downside is the price, but it’s cheaper than Vulpine’s own Original Rain Jacket and serves double duty as casual wear. Sizes S-XXL; indigo, sahara, charcoal, green. TB
