Women’s Road Riding Coaching Day

Shecycles.com and the Surrey League will be hosting a women’s road riding coaching day on October 15th 2006 at the Hillingdon Cycle Circuit, the first in a series of women specific cycle coaching sessions to be held this winter.

Come along and meet the team

The aim of the sessions is to give women both the knowledge and technical skills to make them comfortable riding a road bike for commuting, training and potentially even racing. The launch session will give participants the opportunity to meet a range of experts, including female mechanic Mel Alwood, Helen Ellis from the Women’s Cycle Racing Association and Helen Biggerstaff from CTC.

The first session costs £10, including lunch, tea/coffee and cake. Places are limited so please book in advance by emailing editor@shecycles.com.
