2012 Annual General Meeting

Coming to the AGM
All members are invited to our AGM,which takes place on Wednesday 14 November 2012 at the Keyworth Centre, South Bank University, Keyworth Street, London, SE1 6NG from 6.00-9.00pm (with drinks afterwards at a nearby location tbc).
If you intend coming to the AGM, please register in advance by emailing agm@lcc.org.uk or calling 020 7234 9310 so we can make arrangements for seating and food.
Free refreshments include Kernel Brewery pale ale and Del’Aziz gourmet sandwiches.

6.00pm Formal business: apologies for absence; minutes of 2011 AGM and matters; approval of accounts, appointment of auditors, Chair's report
6.20pm Achievements of 2012
6.30pm Building on LoveLondon, Go Dutch– the 2014 Local Election Campaign
6.45pm Guest Speaker, Zoe Williams, columnist for The Guardian,New Statesman & London Cyclist
7.05pm Refreshments
7.45pm Trustee elections
8.30pm Motions, election result, other urgent business
9.00pm Meeting ends (followed by drinks at the Duke of York)
Trustee election & motions
Members will be able to vote in trustee elections (if they haven't already voted electronically). You can find out about the candidates here. They will also be able to vote on motion.
Cycle parking
On-street bike parking is available in many locations (see our map) in and around Keyworth Street (stands and railings). Only folding bikes can be taken inside, and please store them at the back of the Lecture Theatre. Please don't park bikes in the staff car park behind the gates opposite the Keyworth Centre.
