Brunel Campus to Hillingdon loop ride: for students, staff and visitors

Members of London Cycling Campaign in Hillingdon are offering a guided ride for Brunel students, staff and visitors to highlight safe and quick routes between campus, key transport hubs and other places of interest.

Riders can bring their own bikes, borrow one from a friend, or hire one from Dott (please download the Dott app and create an account before the ride).

Itinerary is as follows:

• Leave campus for Uxbridge Station
• Arrive Uxbridge Station
• Visit Recycle-a-Bike in Fassnidge Park
• Follow Fray’s River through Rockingham Recreation Ground
• Pass campus
• Continue on to West Drayton Station
• Return from West Drayon Station via Church Road
• Pass Hillingdon Hospital and Brunel Sports Park
• Return to campus

The entire route can be cycled in just over an hour, and we should arrive back no later than 3PM. Those short of time can cycle the first part to Uxbridge and be back to campus by 2PM.
