Join us for the inaugural London Cycling Festival with fun cycling events happening throughout London!
Camden is organising a “feeder ride” for the Islington Festival of Cycling afternoon Group Ride. We will start at Swiss Cottage and ride to Archway where we will meet the larger group.
About the Camden feeder ride
This short gently-paced ride is suitable for all abilities. The feeder ride will start at Swiss Cottage Open Space (by the library and water park) and cycle 4 miles to Navigator Square, Archway. The route will go via Parliament Hill Fields on Hampstead Heath.
Children and vulnerable adults are welcome to join the ride, but must be accompanied by an adult who remains responsible for them at all times.
About the Islington Festival of Cycling afternoon group ride
Once we reach Archway, you have the option of joining the larger ride from Archway to the Lea Valley and Hackney Downs. It’s an easy 16km ride. There will be a refreshment stop at the Steam Museum at Markfield Park, then returning to Highbury Fields for around 4pm. You can find out more and sign up for the larger ride here.
The exact meeting point for the larger ride will be in the cul-de sac (Giesbach Road), just behind the South bound Holloway Rd bus bypass.
How to book your place
If you would like to take part in both the feeder ride and the main ride, please sign up to the feeder ride using the RSVP below, and also the RSVP on the ride listing for the main ride.
