Circular ride from Wanstead Park to North Woolwich, Trinity Buoy Wharf and Olympic Park

September 1 @ 10:00 am

A relaxed, sociable, marshalled ride, suitable for children, novices and indeed all riders. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Come and join this ride which is one of our most popular routes  down the Roding Valley Way to the River Thames, along to the mouth of the River Lea and back via the Olympic Park. Total distance of around 18 miles is quite achievable at our gentle pace. If 18 miles sounds too far, you are just the sort of cyclist we would like to welcome onto our rides. Gradually increasing the distance you cycle has many health benefits and of course economic benefits. There is a cafe stop for lunch, but many of us prefer to bring along our own food. Your decision.

Please ensure your bike is in good condition with working brakes and pumped up tyres. No-one will get left behind. Our rides are to be enjoyed. To book, please click on the RSVP button below. If you have any questions email lcc.redbridge@gmail.com
