Cycle Sundays Nature Ride with Leaside

Join us for a free bike ride around the beauty spots of the the lea valley.
This is a gently-paced, safely marshalled 5 mile ride, suitable for riders of all ages, but please note: all children must be accompanied by an adult. The ride will be mainly through parks and on quiet roads.
Please wear clothing suitable for the weather and bring a snack and water.

If you need to borrow a bike to take part, we have a small number of adult and children’s bikes and helmets available. Please contact mike.mcsherry@lcc.org.uk to arrange borrowing a bike.
Sunday Bike Kitchen:
If you need help fixing your bike, there is a free drop-in bike kitchen every Sunday at Leaside Trust.
