Disability Equity & Etiquette Training and Inclusive Led Ride Experience, June 2026

Outline:

1 hour 45 min online disability equity and etiquette training, up to 40 participants, date: 10^th June 2025 18:30-20:15

The aim of this session is to help LCC cycle buddies and community cycling groups to feel confident interacting and campaigning with Disabled cyclists. The session is interactive, encourages open discussion and includes activities on navigating everyday terminology and being a good ally to Disabled people. The session takes place online on Wednesday 10^th June from 18:30-20:15.

For those who attend this session there is also the option to join a WfW led ride to the Sustains Us Garden Party in Emma Cons Gardens, Waterloo, on Thursday 18^th June from 17:00-19.30pm (There will be an additional led ride later in the summer).
