Ealing Cycling Campaign Women’s Ride: Langley Loop (Advanced Ride)

Social Bike Ride for Women on an Advanced Level, including a break
We will be meeting at 10am outside Ealing Broadway station. We aim to be back by 3pm.
As we will be catching the train, please be on time.
This is an advanced ride which starts at Ealing Broadway station where we take the train to Langley (approx £7 day return). We will be riding through Langley Park, beside Black Park, on to Burnham Beeches and Dorney, returning to the station along the Jubilee River and quiet roads. This is a welcome change from our usual West London routes. The ride includes refreshment stops.
The faster paced ride is suitable for you if you are confident on roads, including some busy roads and are able to cycle at 12 to 14km/h. This route is much hillier than our usual rides and therefore an advanced ride.
Please bring with you:
• A helmet if you wish to wear one
• Water, Snacks and lunch if you prefer to bring it
• Money/Card for the train and in case you wish to buy a snack/lunch
• Spare inner tube for your own bike
• A bike lock for your own bike
