Meet at 10:00 am for a 10:30 am departure from Brook Green, W6 7BD beside the tennis courts. This is a feeder ride to Ford RideLondon FreeCycle taking place in Central London. We will ride to Constitution Hill where you can join the FreeCycle. The ride from Brook Green to Constitution Hill is about 3.6 miles.
The feeder ride will be at a gentle pace. It will be led and marshaled to keep everyone safe Children and vulnerable adults are welcome and will be the responsibility of their parents or carers throughout the ride.
The seven-mile route will take you on a journey through some of London’s most famous locations, from St Paul’s Cathedral and Somerset House to world-famous Buckingham Palace and The Mall. You can do as many loops as you like, and you’ll have the chance to hop on and off at various places, should you wish.
As well as enjoying a great day of cycling, you’ll be able to take a break from your bike and try free fun activities for all the family along the route. The event includes two Festival Zones at Aldwych and St Paul’s along with the RideLondon HUB at Trafalgar Square, where riders can stop for mechanical help, food and drink and enjoy activities such as music, games and face painting – we’ll let you know what’s on and where via regular newsletters as the big day approaches!
You are free to make your own way home whenever you want. Anyone that wishes to ride with us from Constitution Hill back to Brook Green please arrive at the meeting point at 2:45 pm for a 3 pm departure. Upon arrival at Constitution Hill in the morning the Ride Leader will show you the meeting point for HFC Riders.
To join the feeder ride sign up for the main ride Ford RideLondon FreeCycle and also sign up for the feeder ride. If you don’t want to join the feeder ride sign up only for the main event.
Film & Photography Consent: We take pictures during the ride. If you are coming to the ride you consent to your photographs being used to promote HFC’s aims and work. To opt out please speak to a ride marshal on the day.
