FULL CYCLE Heritage Bike Trail

Starting from Etty and Tyler, this ride will follow the  Full Cycle Heritage QR Bike Trail tour, using cycle safe roads (60-90 mins).

Discover Forest Gate’s unique cycling heritage on this fun, family friendly bike ride, led by trained cycle marshals and Frames of Mind guides. Activity sheets for children! Scan the QR codes to discover the mystery word and win a prize!

This ride is dedicated to Ted Etty, local legend and inspiration for the Full Cycle Project.
