From the Market place, via Richmond Park, Sheen gate, Mortlake, Chiswick Bridge, Chiswick Green, Ealing Common, North Ealing, Pitshanger Park, Perivale, Greenford, to Northolt for lunch at the Greenwood Hotel (Wetherspoons),- with a delightful Art Deco interior-, Northolt village, Southall, Norwood Green, Osterley Park, Osterley, Hounslow, Whitton, to Kneller Gardens for Tea & refreshments, Strawberry hill, Teddington, Hampton Wick, Kingston Bridge, to finish back in Kingston. Total 30 Miles, a few uops & downs, nothing too steep, All Tarmac this time. No need to book for lunch at Wetherspoons.
