From the Market place, via Kingston Bridge, Bushy Park, Fulwell, Whitton, Hounslow, Osterley, Osterley Park, Norwood Green, Southall, Northala Fields, to Northolt for lunch at the Greenwood (Wetherspoons), Greenford, Hanwell, Boston Rd path, Brentford, to Syon Park for Tea & refreshmentts at the Clocktower Cafe, Isleworth, Cole park, River Crane path, Strawberry hill, Teddington, Hampton Wick, Kingston Bridge, to finish back in Kingston. Total 30 Miles, a few ups & downs, nothing too steep, a couple of Gravel paths.
