Leisurely Bike Ride to Isabella Plantation in Richmond Park

This is an easy-going ride for beginners, less confident riders, families with children or if you just want to have a slow leisure ride.
Meet from 9:50 am for a 10 am departure from Brook Green W6 7BD, beside the tennis courts.
The Isabella Plantation is a 40-acre woodland garden set within a Victorian woodland plantation planted in the 1830’s. First opened to the public in 1953, it is best known for its evergreen azaleas, which line the ponds and streams and at their peak of flower in late April and early May.
This is an easy social bike ride of about 30km. We will be riding at a leisurely slow pace, approximately 15 km/h. Great for any fitness level. Mostly paved surfaces. Suitable for all skill levels. We will visit Isabella Plantation in Richmond Park and return via Bushey Park for area stop at the cafe there. Please bring a bike lock. We will lock our bikes outside Isabella Plantation.
We expect to be back at Brook Green at about 13:30 pm.
